Getting Started with ComputeX Mining
Prerequisites
Before you begin mining on ComputeX, you'll need a BSC-compatible Web3 wallet. We recommend MetaMask or Trust Wallet, both of which offer seamless integration with the Binance Smart Chain. Make sure your wallet is configured for BSC Mainnet (Chain ID: 56).
You'll also need a small amount of BNB in your wallet to cover gas fees for deploying your mining agent and submitting compute proofs. Typically, 0.01 BNB is sufficient for your first week of mining operations.
Connecting Your Wallet
Navigate to the ComputeX platform and click 'Start Mining' in the navigation bar. You'll be prompted to connect your wallet. Select your preferred wallet provider and approve the connection request. ComputeX never requests access to your private keys or seed phrase.
Once connected, the platform will display your wallet address, BNB balance, and any existing $CMP holdings. If this is your first visit, your mining dashboard will show zero active agents and zero earned rewards.
Deploying Your First Agent
From the mining dashboard, click 'Deploy New Agent.' You'll see a selection of pre-configured mining templates ranging from conservative (lower risk, steady returns) to aggressive (higher variance, potentially higher rewards). For beginners, we recommend the 'Balanced Miner' template.
Configure your agent's parameters: mining frequency (how often it submits compute proofs), gas limit (maximum BNB spent per transaction), and auto-compound settings (whether rewards are automatically restaked). Review the estimated daily $CMP earnings and confirm deployment.
Monitoring and Optimizing
After deployment, your agent begins mining immediately. The real-time analytics dashboard shows your agent's status, proof submission history, earned rewards, and network reputation score. All data updates every 30 seconds.
As you become more comfortable, explore the Agent Marketplace for specialized mining strategies. You can run multiple agents simultaneously, each optimized for different network conditions. The key to maximizing $CMP earnings is diversifying your agent portfolio and maintaining a high reputation score through consistent, reliable proof submissions.
