Terms of Service
Last updated: March 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the ComputeX platform, its associated smart contracts, mining agents, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ComputeX.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
2. Description of Service
ComputeX provides an AI agentic mining layer built on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The Platform enables users to deploy autonomous mining agents that participate in compute proof validation to earn $CMP tokens. Key aspects of the service include:
- Deployment and management of AI-powered mining agents
- Compute proof validation and token reward distribution
- On-chain smart contract interactions on BSC
- Dashboard analytics and mining performance monitoring
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ComputeX does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times.
3. Eligibility
To use the ComputeX Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- You must not be located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency mining platforms or blockchain-based services is restricted or prohibited.
- You must not be listed on any governmental list of prohibited or restricted parties, including sanctions lists.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
4. Account & Wallet
ComputeX operates through blockchain wallet connections. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wallet credentials, including private keys, seed phrases, and any associated passwords.
ComputeX will never ask for your private keys or seed phrases. Any communication requesting such information is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
You acknowledge and accept that loss of access to your wallet, including loss of private keys or seed phrases, will result in permanent and irreversible loss of your $CMP tokens and any other assets held within that wallet. ComputeX has no ability to recover, reset, or restore access to your wallet or funds under any circumstances.
5. Mining & Token Distribution
$CMP tokens are earned through successful compute proof validation performed by your deployed mining agents. Token distribution is governed entirely by immutable smart contracts deployed on the Binance Smart Chain.
- The total supply of $CMP is fixed at 100,000,000 (100M) tokens.
- Mining rewards are distributed algorithmically based on compute contribution and validation accuracy.
- Token distribution schedules and reward rates are subject to the parameters encoded in the governing smart contracts.
ComputeX makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the monetary value, price, or liquidity of $CMP tokens. Token value is determined solely by market forces and may fluctuate significantly or decline to zero.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:
- Exploiting, manipulating, or attacking smart contracts, including but not limited to reentrancy attacks, flash loan exploits, or front-running.
- Manipulating mining operations, validation processes, or reward distribution through any dishonest or deceptive means.
- Using the Platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
- Interfering with, disrupting, or compromising the integrity or performance of the Platform, its infrastructure, or network operations.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Platform's proprietary technology.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantage, except through officially supported mining agents.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform, forfeiture of pending rewards, and potential legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the ComputeX Platform, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, user interface design, branding, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology, are and shall remain the exclusive property of ComputeX and its licensors.
Mining agents, configurations, and strategies that you create and deploy through the Platform remain your intellectual property. However, you grant ComputeX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and execute your mining agents on the Platform infrastructure as necessary to provide the service.
8. Risk Disclosure
By using the ComputeX Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are highly volatile. The value of $CMP tokens may fluctuate dramatically and could decline to zero.
- Smart contracts, while audited, may contain undiscovered bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds.
- Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or outages that could affect mining operations and token transfers.
- Regulatory changes in any jurisdiction may adversely impact the Platform, $CMP tokens, or your ability to use the service.
- Past mining performance, token yields, or historical returns do not guarantee future results.
- You could lose part or all of your investment. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose entirely.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComputeX, its founders, team members, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:
- Losses incurred from mining operations or token value fluctuations.
- Smart contract failures, bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits.
- Network downtime, blockchain congestion, or infrastructure failures.
- Actions or inactions of third parties, including validators, exchanges, or wallet providers.
- Unauthorized access to your wallet resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
In no event shall ComputeX's total aggregate liability exceed the total amount of fees, if any, actually paid by you to ComputeX for use of the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ComputeX, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
11. Modifications
ComputeX reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ComputeX. All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
